Welcome
The Harold and Alice Bridges Charity provides grants to organisations for charitable purposes such as capital projects and village halls. The primary geographical area covered is Lancashire and South Cumbria, particularly the River Ribble area and northwards, the Blackburn area, and South Lakes.
Application for grants is by completion of an application form.
The Trustees of the Charity meet three times a year to consider batches of applications received.
Successful organisations are then sent a cheque and are asked to confirm safe receipt and that the grant will be used for the purpose outlined in the application.
